What is a Growth Coach territory?
A Growth Coach territory is a group of contiguous zip codes with a maximum number of businesses of 15,000 in that area. In that territory, no other Growth Coach can market for business in your area. You are free to pursue any business in any area where a Growth Coach territory has not been established. You cannot pursue, without permission, business in another existing Growth Coach territory.
You can acquire more than one territory or purchase additional zip codes if you would like to expand the footprint beyond a standard territory.
What if I don't have sales experience?
The Growth Coach is a marketing business first and foremost. You will never be cold calling prospects and delivering sales pitches. You and your team will be meeting with business owners, influential people in your community, and motivated businesses seeking growth and improvement. If you see yourself as a good facilitator who can follow a process, you can and will win business as a Growth Coach.
Can you help a business facing significant challenges
That's actually where coaching tends to make the biggest difference. If things are feeling stuck, overwhelming, or like you're spinning your wheels, that's exactly the kind of situation we're built for. We've helped businesses turn things around from some pretty difficult places.
What is the duration of a typical coaching engagement?
It depends on your goals, but most clients work with us for at least six months to a year. We have coaches that have clients for 7+ years! Real change takes time and consistency. The coaches who get the best results are the ones who commit to the process.
Do you provide any follow-up support after the main coaching period ends
Absolutely. The relationship doesn't just stop when a program ends. Many of our clients continue working with their coach in an ongoing capacity, and our community means you always have a network of fellow coaches and business owners around you.

Does the company provide leads, or am I building my own client base?
Both. The Growth Coach provides national accounts that may open doors for you in your territory, though these are not guaranteed. Our marketing team will also put together a list of potential prospects in your area who fit our ideal client profile.
From there you will work with our proven marketing strategies to connect with those prospects, introduce them to what The Growth Coach does, and convert them into one-on-one or group coaching clients. It is a combination of the support we bring and the relationships you build that gets your business moving.
